The 2009 Daytime Emmy Awards, hosted by Ugly Betty's Vanessa Williams, are off and running on the CW. Alongside which soap opera or talk show host will walk away with the coveted golden statue, fans are dying to know which celebrity had the best (and worst) fashion sense.
