Cole's Royce! Is that Cheryl's new £150,000 Roller at the X Factor studios?

By Daily Mail Reporter

Splashing out, Cheryl? Miss Cole arrives at the X Factor studios in a swanky new Rolls Royce Phantom today

She's made a fortune from her appearances on the X Factor, her contract with L'Oreal and of course, her day job as a singer.

So it would only be right for Cheryl Cole to treat herself from time to time.

The Girls Aloud star arrived at the X Factor studios in London in a brand new Rolls Royce Baby Phantom today.

Lady of leisure: Cheryl is chauffeured to the studio in style

The car, which has a starting price of £150,000, does 0-60 in 5.5 seconds, with a top speed of 155mph.

Of course, Cheryl could be just borrowing the car from Simon Cowell for the week - after all, he does have a couple to spare.

The 50-year-old music mogul owns no less than three Rolls Royces, having bought his third model - at a cost of £400,000 - in May last year.

Cowell, worth £100million, decided to splash out on the Phantom coupé following the success of Britain's Got Talent.

Beaming: Cheryl, who opted for an equestrian-themed outfit of jodhpurs and horse-print Versus T-Shirt, grins as she makes her way across the car park

Cheryl did seem to be particularly happy about something, though, as she made her way across the car park in a distinctly equestrian-themed outfit.

The 27-year-old, who is appearing on tonight's Children In Need on BBC1, wore a pair of velvet jodhpurs teamed with a horse-print T-Shirt - although her gold-soled platform heels would prove a challenge to ride in.

She and Cowell are not the only celebrities to be lured by the beauty of the Rolls Royce brand.

Controversial: Cheryl has been criticised for helping to keep Katie Waissel - pictured today outside the practice studios - in the competition by not voting

American socialite Kim Kardashian took delivery of her own Rolls Royce Ghost in September, and immediately took to Twitter to show it off.

Cheryl has faced criticism in recent weeks for refusing to choose between her acts after the Treyc Cohen/Katie Waissel sing-off on November 7.

Katie Waissel survived, controversially, and again managed to stay in the show last week despite ending up in the bottom two with Aiden Grimshaw.
